Who can buy cannabis?
You can be a citizen of any state or country, but Colorado law requires you must be over 21 years old and you must have a valid state or government issued identification that contains your picture, date of birth and expiration date of the identification

For government identification issued within the United States, Colorado law allows only drivers’ licenses, identification cards, and tribal enrollment cards issued in the state of Colorado, passports (not passport cards), and US military identification cards. For government identification issued outside the United States, Colorado law allows only passports (not passport cards).
What form of payment is accepted?
We only accept cash and debit. There is an ATM on-site.
How much cannabis am I allowed to buy?
For flowers, the maximum a non-resident of Colorado over the age of 21 (with government issued Identification) can buy is 1/4 ounce (7 grams) per day. The most a resident of Colorado over the age of 21 (with Colorado issued identification) can buy is one ounce (28 grams) per day. The legal limit for infused products and concentrates is measured in milligrams of THC (rather than by weight of the product). Colorado residents can purchase 2800 milligrams of THC infused products and non-residents can purchase 700 milligrams.
Can I take cannabis products home with me?
It is illegal to take cannabis products outside of the State of Colorado. Residents of Colorado should transport their cannabis in sealed and secured containers.
Can I consume cannabis products in public?
No. It is against Colorado law to consume cannabis in any public place (i.e. bars, restaurants, sidewalks, parks, hallways, public transportation, etc.). It is against federal law to consume on federal land or facilities on federal land (national parks, ski areas, ski lifts, etc.).
What does it mean to “buy responsibly”?
It means you should always buy from a licensed retailer, buying only what you need and knowing the milligrams of THC per serving size of each product.
What does it mean to “consume responsibly”?
Choose a private setting and be sure you are well hydrated, well rested and well nourished. Plan your experience, gauging the time from ingestion to onset of effect to dissipation, understanding that edibles take anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours for onset of effects, whereas smoking and vaping require only 5 to 10 minutes. Assess your balance and coordination. Do not drive vehicles, operate equipment or engage in activities that may endanger yourself or others. Mixing alcohol and other drugs with cannabis is dangerous and compounds its effects. In addition, be aware that Bolder is 5,430 feet above sea level and altitude will impact your experience.

Keep cannabis products away from minors and in a secure and safe place at all times. If in a hotel, keep these products locked in a room safe. Never possess more than the legal limit of cannabis (one ounce). Dispose of unused product responsibly before leaving the state.
How do I dispose of unused product?
Unused cannabis must be disposed of in a way that it can’t be unknowingly used or diverted for use. A drop box has been provided at the Airport.
What should first-timers be aware of?
If this is your first time, or your first time in a long time, we recommend establishing a baseline. This means starting with no more than 5-10 grams for edibles, or 1-2 draws for flower. Do not exceed this amount for this initial cannabis experience. It is helpful to keep a journal to track serving size, amount consumed, time and effect of each product you try.

It is important to note that people react differently to cannabis products depending on numerous factors, including their overall health, constitution, age and mental state. It is always advisable to start with the smallest recommended serving and wait the appropriate amount of time to gauge effects.
What should I do if I don’t like my experience?
If for any reason your experience is unpleasant, take note of the amount and variety ingested and describe your sensations in detail. (This will help you make a better selection next time.) Stay well hydrated and try to relax. Should you experience severe discomfort or anything that might be considered a medical emergency, seek professional medical attention immediately or call 911. Please remember that it is never a good idea to exceed the recommended serving.
